My life truly began anew in 2008 when I decided to slough off the pressure of trying to climb the corporate ladder and decided to make my own ladder instead.

I had graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in foreign languages and business, ready to build a career in International Marketing. After working in accounting, freight shipping, and corporate sales, I was a little older, hopefully wiser, and realized that my goals in life had changed. It seemed only fitting that I alter the course of my life to meet these new goals. I truly believed, and still do, that happiness is achieved through treating one’s own and others’ bodies as temples: exercise, healthy food, adequate rest, laughter, education, and spiritual development are the means to that end. Upon this realization, I quit corporate sales, enrolled in massage school, and am continuing my health care and life journey to become a naturopathic doctor and beyond.

The experience my extensive athletic life (dance, yoga, track, soccer, cross-country, basketball, crew, weight lifting, aikido, & tae kwon do) and my burgeoning family have given me influenced me to specialize in athletes at any stage of their journey and infants just beginning theirs.

Welcome to my work and I hope I can help you and your loved ones along their journeys. Thank you for putting your health in my hands.

To keep our body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
-Buddha

Surely you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s spirit lives in you! God will destroy anyone who destroys God’s temple. For God’s temple is holy, and you yourselves are his temple.
-1 Corinthians 3:16-17
